In The UK We are always looking for individuals to dedicate their time to help support our charity. If you have fundraising, marketing, pr, event organising and or office/administration skills, and would like to see how you could contribute to bringing our charity forward, we'd love to hear from you. In The Gambia WYCE would not be where it is now without the amazing help and support of volunteers. Anyone coming to Madina not only dramatically contributes to growing the project physically and materially, but also brings with him/her unique skills that are transferred to the community and help villagers take ownership of the project and secure a brighter future for themselves and their family. Amongst others, if you have good office, creative, people, gardening, and/or building skills or a knowledge in fields such as health,
education, craftsmanship, entrepreneurship, and/or conservation, then you are who we are looking for. We promise you that, by volunteering with WYCE, you will have the experience of a lifetime! By the end of your stay, you will have made long-lasting friendships, opened your eyes to a different way of life, learnt essential values and skills from this amazing community and will most probably not want to come home!
